02. Data we may process
Account identity: email address, name, unique account ID, sign-in provider and account account status. For Google sign-in we request only the standard basic profile permissions (name, email and profile photo); depending on what Google provides, we may also receive language information. You can optionally supply a telephone number, company, country and billing/VAT details.
Service and security information: login events, IP address, device/session IDs, basic technical diagnostics, access history and security/audit events, to the extent collected by the active system. Remote control and file-transfer content may be processed transiently to deliver features; any future recording or longer storage must be disclosed separately before use.
Commercial information if enabled: selected plan, number of licences, transaction identifiers, subscription status, invoices and tax details. Card payments, when active, are processed by the payment provider; the portal should not store full card numbers.
03. Why we process data and legal bases
Contract and pre-contract steps: create and administer accounts, handle access requests, supply licensed features and respond to support requests. Legal obligations: tax, invoicing and compliance records. Legitimate interests: service security, fraud prevention, operational reliability and abuse investigation, subject to users’ rights. Consent: optional marketing messages and other optional processing for which consent is required.
04. Providers, international processing and cookies
The website uses hosting services such as Netlify, account authentication and data infrastructure provided by Supabase, and optionally Google for sign-in. If payments are introduced, Stripe may process payments. These providers may act as processors or independent controllers according to their respective roles and conditions. Processing or transfers outside the EEA, if any, must rely on applicable legal safeguards, including adequacy decisions or contractual clauses.
Essential session and authentication storage is used for account access. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must not be activated without the required information and controls.
05. How long data are kept
Account and operational data are retained for the period required to administer an active account, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after closure, unless a legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires longer retention. Billing and tax records are retained for the statutory periods that apply to the invoicing entity. Security logs are retained only for the period justified by incident prevention and investigation. Exact production retention schedules must be confirmed before public launch.
06. Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or export your data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw marketing consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to a data-protection authority. You may contact info@aleronzani.com or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. The account portal also offers privacy-request tools. No decision to grant administrative status is made solely from your Google profile.
